What to expect from a Herbal Consultation
The first appointment will include an in-depth discussion of what you would like to focus on including the timeline of symptoms, investigations and interventions done and any patterns you have noticed with your symptoms. Tilly will also ask you about your general wellbeing, diet and lifestyle, medication and medical history. From this a treatment plan will be made and herbal treatment chosen and dispensed, these may be tinctures, teas, powders, creams or other remedies. Tilly will also discuss appropriate diet and lifestyle changes and any recommended supplements.
A follow up appointment is then booked for about 3 weeks later to evaluate the herbal treatment.
If you have any questions regarding an appointment with Tilly please email MatildaRoseHerbalist@gmail.com or call 07527278193.
